d\u00e9placer que ce soit pour aller travailler et gagner sa vie, rendre visite \u00e0 ses proches ou amis, se d\u00e9placer pour pouvoir se ravitailler ou simplement par loisir.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Le moyen de d\u00e9placement le plus d\u00e9mocratis\u00e9 reste la voiture depuis des d\u00e9cennies et qui dit voiture dit assurance, car comme indiqu\u00e9 ci-dessus, il est interdit de faire l\u2019usage d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule terrestre \u00e0 moteur qui n\u2019est pas couvert par une assurance ayant pour garantie minimale la responsabilit\u00e9 civile.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>Extrait de l\u2019article de loi L324-2 <\/u><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Le fait, y compris par n\u00e9gligence, de mettre ou de maintenir en circulation un v\u00e9hicule terrestre \u00e0 moteur ainsi que ses remorques ou semi-remorques sans \u00eatre couvert par une assurance garantissant sa responsabilit\u00e9 civile conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006073984&amp;idArticle=LEGIARTI000006795331&amp;dateTexte=&amp;categorieLien=cid\">l&rsquo;article L. 211-1 du
